PRIVACY STATEMENT:

Your personal information will never be sold, traded or made public.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE:

We guarantee all our products. If upon receipt of the shipment, you are not satisfied, please contact us. If we have made the error, you may return the items at our cost within 14 days and we will replace them if appropriate. If you have received something that you simply do not like, you may return it unused, for cost replacement less shipping cost. You must first contact us for return instructions. Do not return without our pre-authorization.

ORDER TIME:

Most orders will be filled within 4 days of the order date.

PAYPAL ORDERS:

PayPal orders are paid immediately. If paying by PayPal echeck, your order will ship once the check has cleared.

Also please note that while the Wolfwalker Store uses a secure PayPal shopping cart, you may also pay by credit card without setting up a PayPal account! Simply proceed to checkout and scroll down to the "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" credit card payment option.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal. Credit card information accepted by mail, phone, email, or through our PayPal shopping cart (see above).

MINIMUM ORDER:

The minimum order is $20.00.

SHIPPING COSTS:

We ship all orders via the least expensive way (UPS ground or US Priority with delivery confirmation). For retail customers, the shopping cart calculates the shipping cost. For wholesalers, we determine the shipping costs by weighing the package before we ship. We will notify you of the total amount due via email.

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL SALES: Shipping rates calculated at checkout are for domestic (U.S.) addresses only and do not apply to your order! Additional charges will be necessary . For fastest service, please telephone (505-737-5686) or email us for further instructions at time of ordering. Otherwise, we will email you to arrange final payment before shipping.

ORDER CHANGES:

The only guaranteed way to change an order you have already place is to cancel it entirely within 24 hours, and then place another order. Please email us if you wish to cancel an order.
